Picture-perfect Pebble Beach makes a pretty magnificent backdrop for a corporate conference. Legendary golf. The closeness of sea. Myriad recreational activities. Nearby Monterey. Opportunities abound here as BN Events teamed up with the conference chair to plan three exclusive evening events set amongst stunning scenery.

The first event at The Beach & Tennis Club set the tone for the entire conference. We took a light approach to the decor, simply enhancing the already picturesque beachside setting. Glow golf, performance food stations, cigar rolling and a 30-minute set by American Idol star Taylor Hicks rounded out the evening.

On the second night, guests were transported to the world-famous Monterey Bay Aquarium. They explored every nook and cranny of the Aquarium, with the space enhanced by light-up decor & furniture, roving entertainers dressed as sea creatures, and a menu highlighting the bounty of the sea. Singer-songwriter Keith Harkin, from Celtic Thunder, performed with his band.

Our final night featured a never-done-before experience: a surprise dinner on the 1st fairway of the Spanish Bay golf course. We worked closely with the Pebble Beach Company on the challenging logistics of loading in on the green around tee times and building outdoor kitchens that didn’t spoil the incredible view. Decor couldn’t distract from the natural scenery. A grilled-to-order menu of filet of beef and sea bass delighted guests.

And we can’t forget the 80s-themed after-party, featuring an extended set by iconic cover band, The Spazmatics. Day glow decor, decorate-your-own donuts, a nostalgic candy bar, and 80s props galore kept guests dancing into the wee hours.
